Hapkido is a traditional martial art that focuses on practical self defense, martial expertise and the development of true martial spirit in its practitioners. Hapkido has been lauded not only in Korea but worldwide for the quality of its techniques and the practical application of its methods.

Lim Hyun Soo, who has studied Hapkido with its founder Choi Yong Sol. In 2009, he released a compilation of three DVD discs that contain technology of white, yellow, blue, red and purple zones. In this DVD white and yellow belts techniques are covered.This is the original style of Hapkido,and did not have a lot of kicks.
