Bộ 3 DVD này là chương trình huấn luyện theo giáo trình chuyên biệt Savate-Thai Cross (X) training (STX) với võ sư Erik Paulson đồng tác giả với Giáo trình CSW 1 và 2. Cross training là phương pháp huân luyện của MMA nhằm kết hợp 2 hay nhiều môn võ khác nhau để tăng cường khả năng thi đấu cho võ sĩ.
